Cathy is the founder and president of Global Rain International Ministries and Walk free Conferences. She began ministering the Walk free Conferences at Evangel World Prayer Center in 1999.

In addition to her pastoral and counseling service at Evangel, Cathy is an internationally-known evangelist and conference speaker. She enjoys traveling nationally and internationally equipping Christian believers and leaders as she ministers in services and in conferences in the areas of the joy and freedom we have in Christ.  

Cathy serves as a fellow with the International Association of Pastoral Psychologists and is a member of the ISDM. She has authored many publications including the book titled; Saved and Confused.

Cathy’s natural warmth and love for people is evident. She is being used by God as she speaks and ministers in meeting and events. She is thrilled and privileged to be the speaker at various Conferences, Retreats, Outreach Events, Luncheons, Banquets, and Seminars.

Cathy and her daughter, live in Louisville , Kentucky. She travels regionally and from Standiford International Airport .
